I have drawn and painted for as long as I can remember. But it wasn’t until my early 50s that I claimed the title ‘full time artist’ for my own.

For many years my favorite subject has been the human form. Nowadays, that passion is most often expressed through life vignettes, wherein I capture persons in a snapshot moment of their lives.

To be clear, these are not mere depictions of a pose or activity, but reflections of the emotional context of lived experiences.

In each piece, I endeavor to call forth the memories and sensations of life events. And ultimately, to not only express, but to evoke delight, joy and a sense of wonderment.
